All items purchased through The Wisebuy.net auctions must be paid for within 3 days of auction close.
Items not paid for within 3 days will be automatically cancelled and relisted with suspension of buyer’s account. The 3 days start from the minute the first auction is won… if you win an item at 8:03pm on a Thursday, exactly 3 days later Sunday at 8:03pm the item will be canceled. Suspended accounts will be charged a $15 fee to reactivate. This fee will not be waived.
A 15% buyers premium will be added to invoice total. Buyers premium is the fee The Wisebuy.net charges to provide the site and listings. The bid amount is what the retailers get. Example… if you bid $10 on an item, the invoice will include a $1.50 buyers premium for The Wisebuy.net… the item will cost $11.50

Packages are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
The Retailers or The Wisebuy.Net will not accept returns on auction items, all auctions items are sold as is. It is the buyers responsibility to come preview items before bidding. If you are out of state please carefully look at pictures for what is included. If the pictures are not clear please feel free to email us with any questions. Please do not assume all the items are brand new, if you’re unsure please bid accordingly or don’t bid.
We do our best to describe all items as accurately as possible, unfortunately things do happen, we are only human, some items are a gamble.
For items marked as new returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is min the original unopened packaged. If item is being returned because it is damaged in shipping or not working refunds will be issued if item was not abused.
Under no circumstances will the retailer or The Wisebuy.net offer a partial refund for auction items.
